$225 a night Summer/Holidays May1-Oct 1
$160 a night winter rate Oct 2- April 30
Weekly rates can be from any day to any day. (not just Saturday to Saturday)
Depending on check in.
$100 security deposit is required to hold date and also for leaving the house in acceptable manner.
No cleaning deposit required, just lite cleaning is expected when vacating the house or security
deposit will be forfeited.
